PROGRAMMING

Since November 2022, Profuturo Foundation and Nuestro Digital Wallet partnered to foster and support the latino community.
The joint venture is based on:

Educated +500 through our in-person and virtual financial literacy programming

Provided financial literacy programming at the Nuestro office and Nuestro’s partners’ locations.

Recorded, developed and completed the financial literacy e-learning course and accompanying workbooks.

Organized 2 pilot programs with local organizations to test out the e-learning modules in early 2024.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Reach: the program has been highly effective with a range of communities, such as immigrants, black/brown communities, Gen Z students, elderly, people of all socioeconomic backgrounds, and young professionals.

SOCIAL MEDIA & MULTIMEDIA ENGAGEMENT

Profuturo Foundation contributed to leverage Nuestro’s social media platforms to educate our community via educational posts, reels and Facebook/Instagram Lives.

Developed short financial literacy videos to send to existing Nuestro clients to help them take control of their loan and pay it back faster.
